These Terms govern your use of styleslashed.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

styleslashed.com is operated by Style Slashed, LLC, 2170 Century Park East #1409, Los Angeles, CA 90067, United States. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Style Slashed, LLC trading as StyleSlashed, and "you" means anyone using the site.

What this site is, and what it is not

StyleSlashed is a curation service. We select a collection of menswear pieces, show how they combine, and link out to the third-party retailers who sell them. We do not sell anything on this site. We take no payments, hold no stock, ship nothing, and process no returns. Every purchase you make happens on a retailer's own website, under that retailer's terms.

Purchases are between you and the retailer

When you follow a link and buy something, your contract is with that retailer alone. They are responsible for the product, its description, its price, payment, delivery, warranties, returns, and refunds. We are not a party to that transaction and cannot resolve disputes arising from it. Any questions about an order must go to the retailer you bought from.

Prices, availability, and accuracy

Prices and comparisons shown here are illustrative and were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. Retailers change prices, run sales, and discontinue items without telling us. The price on the retailer's page at the moment you buy is the only price that counts. Comparison figures are estimates offered for context, not guarantees of saving. We do not warrant that any content on this site is complete, current, or error free, and we may change or remove anything at any time without notice.

Styling and sizing guidance

Our size guidance, garment care notes, packing advice, and styling suggestions are general information, not professional advice. Sizing differs between retailers and between garments. Always check the retailer's own size chart and care label. Follow our care guidance at your own risk: we are not liable for damage to a garment.

Links to other websites

This site contains links to websites we do not control. We provide them for convenience, and a link is not an endorsement of that site, its owner, or anything it sells. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any linked site. Once you leave styleslashed.com, these Terms no longer apply and theirs do.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, layout, design, and code of this site belong to StyleSlashed or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Brand names, product names, and logos belonging to retailers or manufacturers are the property of their respective owners, and we make no claim to them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully or in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest content or data by automated means, or use the contact form to send spam, abusive, or unlawful material.

Anything you send us

If you send us a message through the contact form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy. If you send us a suggestion or idea, you agree we may use it without owing you anything for it.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of it without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleSlashed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or of any product you buy from a retailer we link to. Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We will update the effective date above whenever we make a change.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction.
